Me MBATSHI MINGA Emmanuel

Me Emmanuel Mbatshi Minga, a Congolese national, holds a law degree from the University of Kinshasa (2014). He has been a lawyer at the Kinshasa/Matete Bar since 2020, a legal consultant and an independent researcher.
