Alfred NDONA DELO

Alfred Ndona Delo holds a public law degree from the University of Kinshasa (1994–2000). With extensive experience in Congolese public institutions, he notably served as Advisor on Mining Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at the Cabinet of the Minister of Mines (2021–2025), where he oversaw the 0.3% mining turnover allocation for local community development. He also served as Transport Advisor and ministerial Assistant in the Provincial Government of Kinshasa.
